C.A.O.T.I.C Training |
- Strength Circuit - combination of free weight and body weight exercises combined with cardio vascular exercises such as skipping and running / walking. Beginner to advanced catered for.
- Boxing Circuit - boxing and martial arts drills, resistance exercises and cardio all in one session
- Lunch Time Circuit - similar to the Strength circuit add some boxing and martial arts with enough time for a shower and get back to work
- C.A.O.T.I.C. Training - Challenging, Athletic, Outdoor Training and Intense Conditioning - 45 minutes of intense resistance and aerobic work for the more advanced. Suitable for those looking for strength and cardio endurance.
- F.I.T Training - Functional Intense Training - approx 45 minutes incorporating warm up, strength intervals and cardio intervals plus stretching. Intermediate level.
Prices
- $8 per session casual
- $120 per 20 session card
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. A hat is recommended on hot, sunny days and a warm coat for cool mornings and evenings. A towel is optional.
